How It Works #

- Upon purchase, we will send you a unique pack containing the golden ticket and giclée print.

- This can then be gifted to the recipient, who can use the code on the ticket to activate their membership.

- Following the activation, the recipient will be sent their first bottle.

- Subsequent bottles will be sent in line with the solstice or equinox dates.

No, gift membership bottles are non-returnable.
No, the Golden Ticket is a one off purchase - it does not renew.
The first bottle will arrive with the recipient in line with our seasonal release dates. Our next release dates are:
- Autumn 24: 22nd September
- Winter 25: 21st December
- Spring 25: 20th March
- Summer 25: 21st June
If the recipient activates their ticket within a month of a perfume’s release date, they’ll have the option to receive that perfume immediately, or to wait until the next release.
No, the Golden Ticket is sent separately to the purchaser. We have designed the ticket to be a beautiful present in itself - encased in a little pack with a giclée print.
Yes - we suggest adding your own address so that the Golden Ticket arrives with you, and you can then gift this to your friend or family member. You are of course welcome to enter the recipient’s address but there will not be any information on the pack linking the ticket to the sender.
